Shipping Policy
Our fulfillment process starts as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Many of our products are made on demand instead of in bulk to reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Orders processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping rates and delivery times may apply. Shipping on orders and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. Fitteds & Kicks may occasionally offer free shipping on orders as part of a promotional offer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We encourage you to reach us to us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.
RETURNS
We offer returns within 7 days of purchase in exchange or store credit. Your item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage. Item must be returned with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
Our fulfillment process starts immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.
Should an ordered item become unlivable, Fitteds & Kicks reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment and notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
